Rose Gallery's life began in 1989 in the midst of a movement that eventually redirected the path of contemporary art.
The sleepy town of Kent Connecticut nestled in the Litchfield Hills was the scene where great changes took place.

Ten world class galleries brought art lovers from around the globe and prosperity to the town.
A national financial newspaper published "The Power of Art" an article on cultural, social, and economic change that the galleries in Kent had facilitated.

Those experiences taught me unequivocally that original art changes lives,
documents history and serves the need for beauty, stimulation and reflection within humanity.
